April 30th – May 3rd 2026 at Arcadia, Kilifi
Welcome to a journey back to the essence of what it means to truly live. In our fast-paced world, we often move through life rather than move with it – caught in routines that disconnect us from the deeper pulse of existence.
This retreat is an invitation to escape, reconnect, and rediscover the profound beauty of being alive.

Retreat Details
Through mind-body-spirit practices and a deep immersion in simplicity and nature you will have the space to deepen your relationship with life itself – to notice, appreciate, and participate more fully in the wonder that surrounds you and within you. You will also learn practical tools to navigate life day-to-day, and move through each day with greater connection and grace.
Most importantly, we’ll reignite that spark of hope – reminding you that every moment holds potential, every breath is a gift, and every day offers fresh opportunities to embrace life with wonder, courage, and joy.
Join us for this transformative experience where we will not just learn about life, but learn how to truly live it. Our retreat offers a beautiful curation of practices to open the body, connect to our inner life force and heal and nourish the mind-body-spirit system.
